The Garage HQ Online Program

If you're looking to excel in your sport, if you're looking to compete in the sport of Fitness or simply if you're looking to get in better shape this is the program for you. Generic CrossFit and Weightlifting program that got me to an high level of competition in Mountain Biking but also helped me to maintain balance in CrossFit and Mountain Biking the last couple years.

The Training Sessions

These are meant to be fun and friendly. Opened to everyone, and on a donation base let's all train together and get out of our confort zones! 80% of the time we do Team workouts and a lot of skill work.

Personal Training (60-90min)
 

If you're looking to excel in your sport, if you're looking to compete in the sport of Fitness or simply if you're looking to improve your Olympic Lifts this is the program form you. Physical assessment and a specific training plan for your needs. Schedule your Intro Class today.
